glenn mccoy

… is an illustrator, animator, cartoonist and children’s book author. No other person has been honored by the National Cartoonist Society more than Glenn. His fourteen awards include Magazine Cartoonist of the Year, Editorial Cartoonist of the Year, Comic Strip Artist of the Year, Newspaper Panel Cartoonist of the Year and Greeting Card Artist of the Year awards.

His work has appeared in the New York Times, USA Today and Newsweek. His syndicated comic strips “The Duplex” and “The Flying McCoys” run daily in hip newspapers from Seattle to Sweden.

In addition to his print assignments, Glenn has worked for many TV and feature animation studios including Twentieth Century Fox, Universal Pictures, Walt Disney Studios and Fox Television, on such cool films as “The Grinch”, “Ice Age 3”, “Despicable Me”, “Sing”, and “The Minions Movie”.

He has written and directed several animated shorts including “Mower Minions” which preceded “The Secret Life of Pets” in theatres around the world. His children’s books “I see Santa Everywhere” and “Penny Lee and Her TV” (Hyperion) have been printed in five languages.
